Arslan Tekaýew tave a talk on “Silent Automation”

An open lecture titled “Silent Automation” was held at the Diller Dünýäsi Education Center

Ashgabat — An open lecture titled “Silent Automation: Thinking Before Technology” was held at the Diller Dünýäsi Education Center. The event featured digital solutions expert Arslan Tekaýew. The lecture was based on the speaker’s many years of professional experience.

The event was organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the Volunteers Center of Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, and the Young Entrepreneurs’ Center of Party of Industrialists and Entrepreuners of Turkmenistan.

During the lecture, the importance of automation in regulated environments was discussed, as well as the risks posed by manually performed processes and the benefits of digitizing everyday tasks. According to Arslan Tekaýew, effective automation can be successfully implemented by specialists who understand the process from the inside, even without large IT teams or external companies.

The presentation highlighted that administrative tasks—such as budget consolidation, guest registration, and business trip approvals—take a lot of time when performed manually and are prone to errors. Managing these processes through digital systems increases efficiency while ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

According to the speaker, all internal digital systems he has developed were created using only internal resources, without relying on external providers, and were fully deployed on-premises. These solutions aim to ease employees’ work and reduce repetitive tasks.

During the lecture, it was emphasized that automation should not replace employees but rather save their time and improve the quality of work.

The event generated significant interest among participants. At the end of the lecture, a Q&A session was held focusing on automation, digital skills, and professional development.
