Shaping Careers: Expert Insights from Merdan Atayev

A meeting titled "Does the Profession Choose Us, or Do We Choose the Profession? How to Motivate Young People Towards a Profession?" was held in the small hall of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kuliyeva, featuring Merdan Atayev, a consultant at "Nusga Consulting", a pedagogue, an active member of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, and the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan.

 

The event was organized by the "Young Entrepreneurs Center" of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, the Information, Advisory, and Volunteer Affairs Center of the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, and Nusga Consulting.

 

During the meeting, Merdan Atayev spoke about ways to develop young people's interest in professions, methods of career selection, and employment opportunities. Drawing from his personal experience, he shared insights into his various roles, work with young people, and the clubs he has established.

 

At the end of the event, the guest showcased videos and photos from his clubs, competitions, and events that he had organized. After the meeting concluded, students took commemorative photos with the guest and expressed their gratitude for his inspiring speech.
