The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan has introduced a new digital platform — dalasgar.bilim.tm — aimed at helping applicants follow the 2025 university and vocational school admission campaign in real time.
This information system is updated daily and offers detailed data on how many applications have been submitted for each specialty at every educational institution across the country. Users can view statistics for Turkmenistan overall, as well as for Ashgabat, Arkadag, and all five velayats. This transparency allows applicants to better evaluate their chances of admission, choose a suitable university or program, and keep track of changes throughout the admission process.
This is the first time such a platform has been launched in Turkmenistan. It is designed to promote transparency and fairness in the admission campaign, ensure free access to up-to-date information for applicants, and assist young people in making informed decisions about their future education and career.
Alongside the website, a new mobile application called "MenTalyp" has been launched to assist applicants with exam preparation. The app offers a variety of tools to help users strengthen and assess their academic knowledge ahead of entrance exams.
Depending on the chosen university and specialty, the app provides relevant educational content based on the required school subjects. It also generates a personalized study plan tailored to the user's preferences. The app features comprehensive information about Turkmenistan’s universities, their faculties, and academic programs. A countdown timer on the homepage tracks the time remaining for application submission and the start of entrance exams. In addition, users can access past exam questions with explanations and take quizzes to test their knowledge.
