IV Open International Internet Olympiad welcomed 665 participants from various countries

Today, the IV Open International Internet Olympiad in “Strength of Materials” was held at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction. The competition took place online, bringing together students from both domestic and international universities.

 

A total of 895 students participated, including 665 international participants and 230 students from Turkmenistan’s higher education institutions. Students from countries such as Azerbaijan, Australia, the United States, Belarus, Armenia, Iran, Fiji, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Russia, Romania, Turkey, and Uganda took part in the Olympiad.

 

This academic event played a significant role in fostering international cooperation in education, facilitating knowledge exchange, and expanding academic programs. Professors and lecturers from foreign universities participated as jury members to assess the contestants.

 

As part of the Olympiad, an exhibition was held at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction, showcasing scientific research and project work carried out by faculty members and students. Guests had the opportunity to explore the exhibition and review the projects developed by the university’s academic community.
